Star Paws is a specialist pet photography service based near Consett in County Durham, and operating throughout the north east of England.   We aim to provide a fun experience for both you and your pet during our photo sessions, and always take time to make sure your pet feels at ease and relaxed with us.  We also come to you, rather than ask you to come to us, because we believe that photographing your pet in familiar surroundings enables us to capture them at their best, and to provide you with images that you will always treasure. Your photographer, Sue, has had a love of animals and photography from a very young age, and has always had pets herself.  She currently shares her home with two young dogs (Millie & Mabel) and a cat (Bessie), and is an active member of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers. Star Paws is committed to helping local animal welfare and pet re-homing charities, and is a member of HeARTs Speak, an organisation which connects photographers and artists with shelters and animal rescue organisations with the ultimate aim of improving the chances of rehoming and a better life for shelter animals.
